Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Sports Research gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our goal is to ensure you have the high-performance apparel you need to reach your personal best.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unworn items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
